If a system cannot be enforced or improved, I'll design a better version to replace it. My ideas and proposals for positive change are subject to research and consultation with specialists in both private and government sectors.
Marcus Mark, Independent Research and Advisory. Established in 2023. Driven by a firm commitment to addressing injustices that many face.
My father had a distinguished career working with a foreign government security service between the late 1950s and early 1970s.
During my teenage years in the 1980s, I accompanied my parents to dinner meetings with prominent foreign government officials in Sydney. As a child in the late 1970s, I had the unique opportunity to have lunch with former Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser and his wife, Tamie, while he was still in office.
My father was deeply interested in history and politics, dedicating much of his younger life to consulting with political, military, and intelligence personnel. I take pride in his legacy and recognise that I have inherited some of his talents. However, my focus lies elsewhere, as I am not as drawn to history as he was. The landscape of people and economies has evolved significantly over the decades, requiring a different approach.
My work is centred on complementing existing specialists within government departments and organisations, focused on fixing failing systems for the betterment of all Australians.
